Traci is an experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience working in large healthcare systems, including The Mayo Clinic, Honor Health, and Banner Healthcare. Traci has a passion for mental and behavioral health care and strives to ensure that all patients receive the highest quality care.

Traci’s journey into healthcare began in 1997, when she had 4 small children and sought a position that would allow her to work the night shift while her husband worked a day shift. She began her career at John C. Lincoln Hospital (Honor Health), where she spent 12 years and eventually became the Manager of Admitting/ER/Outpatient. After leaving John C. Lincoln, Traci worked for The Mayo Clinic, Banner Healthcare, Lifecare Centers of America, Ability360, and Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care.

In 2008, Traci got her bachelor’s degree, and in 2013 she received her Master’s Degree in Business Management. In December 2021, Traci graduated from Arizona State University where she received her second master’s degree in healthcare innovation.

Traci was born and raised in Arizona, and never plans to leave. When Traci is not spending her time with her children and grandchildren, you will find her cheering on the Arizona Cardinals or in my craft rooms, making homemade cards, shirts, tumblers, and lots more. Traci loves holidays, especially Christmas, and loves Hallmark Christmas movies. She also enjoys hiking, playing pickle ball, and shopping.
