A Group Like No Other

Do you find peace and feel better by being creative? Then Core Recovery’s Creative Expression group may be for you.

This group is to promote creativity and self-exploration though art.

The purpose of the program is to encourage creativity and expression with art, color, and motion. After each art project is completed, the group is open to process what they expressed in their art project with guidance.

This is an exciting and fun new program!

What to Expect From Our Group

This is a specialized program with a variety of benefits. The program is geared toward mental change through the process of art. A professional therapist guides the patient through a variety of art projects. Each one is unique, with different techniques designed to help you feel better.

Helping with depression and anxiety
Helping to process trauma
Practicing mindfulness
Challenging ones perfectionism

The Purpose of the Group

The Creative Expression group’s purpose is to provide everyone with the support and assistance they need to help them feel better.

The techniques used in the program utilize art to help manage mental health obstacles and inspire creative expression.

As a new or existing patient, this program can be added to care already being received!

Friday’s 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This program is only delivered on-site. Our sanitation practices are rigorous and we ensure all our patients and staff follow safety protocols.
