Insurance Coverage

Core Recovery is a state of Arizona licensed outpatient mental health facility. We use evidence-based techniques for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to ensure you receive the top-level care you need from day one.

TMS is covered by all major commercial and government insurers, including:

Each insurance provider has their own rules and regulations governing requirements and eligibility for TMS treatment. At Core Recovery, our TMS coordinator will discuss your insurance benefits with you and call your insurance to verify your eligibility on your behalf. For many patients, the cost of TMS treatment may be zero, or only a small copay. If costs under your insurance plan are more significant, then our TMS coordinator will discuss payment plans and financing options with you.
