Anne McQuaid, LPC, LISAC
Anne holds a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling. She is also licensed as a
Professional Counselor and as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Anne has been in the counseling
field for almost 20 years. She has worked in diverse settings, providing education and treatment
for addictions, mood disorders, sexual abuse/trauma, parenting , relationships and other
dependency issues. Anne has worked as a family counselor for HIV/AIDS clients and their
families. During her employment at The Meadows, Anne received extensive training with Pia
Mellody, Claudia Black, Patrick Carnes and John Bradshaw, among others. Anne currently
contracts with Counseling and Family Resources EAP Preferred, which provides counseling to
employees of Companies and Establishments. She is also in private practice and serves many
diverse clients. Anne is also a member of the Girl Scouts Behind Bars program.
Anne utilizes both traditional and alternative healing techniques with her clients.
