Mental Health IOP Program
Core Recovery’s Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (MH-IOP) treats individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, PTSD, bipolar disorder (BPD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, and more.
In this program, patients receive integrated mental health treatment between three and five days per week. Core Recovery’s clinical team includes therapists, psychiatric professionals, registered dietitians, and case managers, all of whom work collaboratively to meet the individualized needs of every patient.
Treatment That Starts with You
From the first day of treatment, Core Recovery’s team of behavioral health professionals engages warmly, honestly, and empathetically with every patient to develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to their unique clinical needs and personal goals. Individualized treatment plans include a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric/medication management, as well as other services like EMDR therapy and diet and nutrition counseling.
Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities
Core Recovery clinicians use a diverse array of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)—to provide each patient with an enriching and rewarding therapeutic experience.
